PR Description:

For a Risk Assessment Project, at first we can add multiple risks to be assessed. During the assessment, controls can be added to each risk. There is no direct relationship between Risk Assessment Project and Controls. But when we want to see the risks and the controls for each risk involved in the project, we need to script accordingly. I am providing a background script to show how we can bring in those details on a single output screen.
